What payment methods are available?
You can pay online using your credit card or debit card or select to pay via Juice if you bank with MCB. Both Mauritius and foreign cards are accepted.Â
How safe are my personal details?
Island Activeâs payment service providers comply with all aspects of the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (DSS) and will take all necessary precautions to keep a Payerâs data safe and secure.Â
When will I receive my order?
Orders to a Mauritius address will be delivered within 3-5 working days. We use Nu Livrer courier for all our deliveries in Mauritius. The Nu Livrer courier driver will phone you on the day of your delivery to confirm details.Â
How much does delivery cost?Â
Courier delivery within Mauritius costs Rs 175. Free delivery is available for orders over Rs 5000.Â
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are currently ship to Reunion, France, Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom and parts of the UAE. If your country is not included in this list, please reach out to us on our â Contactâ page and we will be in touch to assist you.
Can I collect my order myself?
Yes, when completing the delivery details section of the checkout page, you can simply select the option to pickup your order from our Head Office in Pereybere.

What is the product I want is a pre-order item, sold out or unavailable?Â
If the product you want to purchase is a pre-order item, please be aware that the item will only be delivered once it has arrived in Mauritius. We endeavor to work on a 14-16 day delivery period on pre-order items. By buying a pre-order item, you are securing your favourite, brand new item, and ensuring you receive a pair before they sell out. When you click on the pre-order button, it will tell you the expected arrival date of that product in Mauritius.
If the product you want to order is temporarily unavailable or out of stock, please select the ânotify me when availableâ button below the product and we will do our best to get it to you if possible. Note that this can take up to several weeks to re-stock an item depending on supplier availability and shipping times. We will notify you by email as soon as the sold out product is once again available to purchase.
